Throughout our lives, there are always seasons of change. What you face today, most likely will be replaced by other concerns 5, 10, 15 years from now. As your CPA, it is my desire to be there for you during these seasons. To assist you, each quarter you will receive a newsletter discussing major tax and tax planning issues every one of us faces.

As your CPA, I am always available to answer questions that arise. If you, for example, want to sell your home, you may be unsure of the tax consequences. Or, suppose you wish to take advantage of a tax-planning tip you read in the newspaper but had a few questions. Whatever questions you may have, you can call my office at any time. Unlike many seasonal tax professionals, I am available for my clients long after your return has been filed.

In the course of your life, at one time or another, you most likely will receive some kind of correspondence from the IRS. I am always available to assist you.

Tax laws and the IRS code are in a constant state of change. In addition, tax court rulings expound upon many of the issues related to the tax code. As your CPA, I am continually reviewing and monitoring these changes for you. As a tax section member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, I receive the latest tax updates and upcoming proposals. My experience has shown me that many people miss legal deductions simply because they are unaware of them.

Even a very simple tax return consisting of Form 1040, Schedules A & B, the IRS estimates it will take 17 hours to read the instructions, review your documents, and prepare the return.

Many of my clients over the years have started small businesses, which have grown into significant corporations. As your CPA, I can assist you managing the growth of your business. In addition, I can provide guidance along with monthly financial and accounting services to let you concentrate on what you do best, run your business.

These 3 simple letters mean a lot. Although there are many individuals which may be able to assist you, not all have the technical skills, education, and experience you can rely on. As a licensed CPA, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, there are rigid standards that I must be adhered to. In addition, I am always receiving continuing education in tax, auditing, law, and business services.
